When installing my iOS 7 it says that the update is not available at this time. I have it fully downloaded and I just press install and it gives me this error. Any ideas?

I imagine a ton of people are attempting to download it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more. Even with it already downloaded, your phone has to phone home to activate, may want to wait a little while
whats the error? I might wait and try again later as the servers are being hit pretty hard right now for ios7 download
The software has downloaded. the error pops up when trying to install - mine is on an iPad
The error is not a failure to download. Once downloaded, you hit the "Install" button, agree to the terms and conditions, and the phone begins verifying the update. After about a minute or two of attemting to verify, this error comes up:
"Software Update Unavailable: Software Update is not available at this time. Try again later."
That's my experience at least.
Looks like paitience is a virtue..mine has installed 7th time after about 10 mins of trying. 🙂

Mine is finally installing. Just took repeated attempts to install for it to finally work.
had the same problem, downloaded but got "not available..." when verifying.
i soft-reset the ipad then it worked...now upgrading.
Same as everyone else is saying, my download was successful but when I Install, it eventually times out and says "Software Update is not available at this time. Try again later."
It's just overloaded. Keep at it.
I had the same problem, But as couple of people said, I tried 7-8 times and finally it worked. Now its installing. 🙂
Same issue here. Ten tries so far and no luck. Luckily the update is downloaded which it seems right now is further than some people are able to get.

Edit: looks like attempt 12 was the lucky one. Keep trying and it will eventually work.
Apple's servers have to sign iOS for every device, the servers are simply to busy right now to keep up with the requests.. just try it a few times and it will work 🙂
i had this problem initially but i kept on trying and finally it worked after many unsuccessful attempts ... installing now finally 🙂
I had this problem. I did a hard reset on the iPhone and then when it rebooted I went in and got the new iOS will start installing.. and there was a timer.. let it count down and then it installed.
